Cannot recommend The Adare Manor highly enough, it was the best experience we have ever experienced in any hotel across the world. This hotel has undergone an extensive renovations and we were looking forward to seeing how it compared with the previous hotel. We were not disappointed. We were accommodated in the new wing and we were very happy with the size of the room. We were celebrating a special occasion and were delighted with the recognition of a cake for us to enjoy. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that we could have happily stayed in bed for the day. The mini bar had lovely treats of chocolate, biscuits and soft drinks which were complimentary, which we also enjoyed. The staff are exceptional and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a walk in the lovely grounds and we are looking forward to the completion of the golf course which no doubt will be outstanding. Breakfast was okay, not a fan of buffet breakfasts but we overcame that by asking for something which wasn't in the buffet. It is pricey to stay here but for a special occasion its worth it . We will definitely return to this hotel.
